Wax Model
Start with a CAM-printed wax model or a hand-carved original. We also accept rubber molds for repeat orders.
Investment & Burnout
The wax model is encased in a ceramic shell (investment). Heat burnout removes the wax, leaving a perfect cavity.
Metal Pour
Molten gold or silver is poured into the cavity under vacuum or centrifugal force. The metal fills every detail of your design.
Finish & Deliver
The casting is cleaned, polished, and quality-checked. Ready for pickup or delivery in 24-48 hours.
