Standard casting turnaround is 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity and volume of the order. Rush orders can be accommodated — contact us via WhatsApp to discuss.
No minimum order. We cast single pieces for prototyping and small jewelers, as well as bulk production runs for larger operations. Pricing is per piece.
We can work both ways. You can provide your own metal, or we can supply it. Contact us for current metal pricing if you need us to supply the material.
Yes. We offer end-to-end service: CAM printing (24-hour turnaround) followed by casting (24-48 hours). Send us your CAD file and we handle everything from wax print to finished metal piece.
Lost wax casting is a time-tested process where a wax model is encased in a ceramic shell, heated to burn out the wax, and then filled with molten metal. The result is a precise metal replica of the original wax design, capturing every detail.
