Where should I start if I am not sure which service I need?
Send one WhatsApp message explaining what you want to buy, sell, make, print, or cast. Include a photo, file, karat, weight, or quantity when relevant, and we will point you to the correct next step.
Are bullion and jewellery prices shown online?
The website shows live market-rate context, but current product availability and selling prices are confirmed on request. Public fixed product prices and online checkout are not active yet.
Can I send a jewellery CAD file through the website?
The current file-review workflow is WhatsApp-first. The website does not upload or store your design file; use the send-file page to prepare the details before sharing it.
Are CAM printing and casting one automatic package?
No. A file may need CAM printing before casting, but each stage is reviewed and confirmed separately so the output, price, timing, and collection remain clear.
Can I visit the shop and workshop directly?
Yes. Saqlain Bullion is at Shop No. 4, opposite the Women's Museum in Al Dhagaya, Deira Gold Souq. Coordinate production jobs through WhatsApp before visiting so the scope can be reviewed first.
Do you offer online checkout or delivery booking?
Not yet. The current website is for browsing, live-rate reference, and qualified enquiries. Payment and collection at the counter are confirmed for the real transaction or job; delivery and courier are not offered through the website.
