How the public rate board relates to a real bullion, jewellery, or buyback quote.
Open the live rate boardHow often do your gold and silver rates update?
The board updates from the live market feed while you have it open, and the timestamp tells you when it last moved. Before you buy or sell, we reconfirm the price on WhatsApp.
Are the rates on the website final transaction prices?
No. The board shows you where the market is. Your final price depends on the market at that moment plus the actual product, purity, weight, or job.
Are product prices shown online?
Not yet. The bars, coins, and jewellery you see are real, but the price moves all day, so we confirm it on WhatsApp or at the counter.
How is the silver rate shown in AED?
The silver board starts from the international silver market, converts that value to AED, and calculates the per-gram reference. The final transaction quote is confirmed at the time of the deal.

Yes. Bars, coins, jewellery, scrap, and broken gold can be reviewed. The buyback quote is based on tested purity, weight, the live rate, and the current buyback margin confirmed before you visit.
Do you buy and sell silver?
Yes — silver bars, coins, and 925 sterling. Bring it in and we will test, weigh, and quote it.
Do I need the original receipt to sell gold?
No. The receipt is optional because the quote is based on tested purity and weight. Bring a valid Emirates ID or passport for the transaction.
Can a tourist sell gold at the shop?
Yes. A tourist can use a valid passport. Send the item, karat, and approximate weight first if you want the current margin and an estimated payout before visiting.

Choose a serviceDo you have ready jewellery and custom jewellery work?
Yes. The jewellery catalogue includes ready 22K pieces, and you can also begin a custom or lab-grown diamond jewellery enquiry. Price, material, timing, and scope are confirmed for the actual piece or brief.
Do you offer CAM printing and jewellery casting?
Yes. CAM printing produces a castable wax from an approved jewellery file. Gold or silver casting can follow as a separate confirmed job with its own metal route, scope, price, timing, and collection plan.
How long does CAM printing take?
A standard approved CAM file is usually ready in 24 hours. Complex files and larger batches may need longer, so timing is confirmed after file review and before booking.
How long does jewellery casting take?
Most jobs run 24–48 hours once the wax is approved. Metal, quantity, and any finishing work can push that out, so we confirm your timing before we start.
Can I upload a jewellery file through the website?
Not currently. The file-review workflow is WhatsApp-first. Use the send-file page to prepare the file format, quantity, required output, and reference details before sharing the file directly.

What are the shop hours?
The shop is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM and closed on Sunday.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is required for a normal shop visit during opening hours. Message first for production jobs or when you want price, availability, or job timing confirmed before travelling.
