You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website or engage with our services. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Nature of the Website

This Website describes our services, including CAM printing, casting, precious metals trading and custom jewellery work, displays live market rates, lists the gold and silver bars we sell with their current prices, and publishes educational content.

There is no online checkout or payment on the Website. You order through WhatsApp or at our showroom, and every sale is confirmed directly by our team.

5. Orders, Delivery, and Returns

  • Collection: collect at our showroom, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
  • Delivery: next working day, within Dubai only, for a flat AED 50. Order on WhatsApp.
  • Returns: gold and silver bars are not returnable or exchangeable once the sale is complete. Check the bar when you collect or receive it.
  • Buy-back: you can sell a bar back to us any day. We quote from the live rate, less our current buy-back margin, and confirm the figure before you sell.
