Before quotation

Send the metal, weight, quantity, and required result together.

Include enough information to confirm the metal route, casting scope, delivery state, and how the finished job leaves the workshop.

Start with WhatsApp

Include with your message

  • Metal and karat or alloy
  • Approximate finished weight or wax weight
  • Number of pieces or trees
  • What you have now: wax, mould, or CAD file
  • Required delivery state and date
  • Collection or return requirement

One workshop, clear collection steps

Four steps from remote job brief to a casting ready for collection.

  1. Send the job brief

Share metal, karat, weight, quantity, starting point, delivery state, and required date.

  2. Review the starting point

We confirm whether the job begins from wax or mould, or needs a separate CAM step first.

  3. Confirm the full scope

Metal supply, casting work, price, timing, and collection plan are agreed before production.

  4. Cast and hand over

The approved wax moves through casting, inspection, and the next agreed workshop stage.

Before you walk in

Practical casting questions.

What metals and karats can I ask you to cast?

Common requests include 10K, 14K, 18K, 21K, and 22K gold, plus 925 silver. The exact alloy, colour, availability, and job suitability are confirmed before production.

What details should I send for a casting quote?

Send the metal and karat, approximate finished or wax weight, quantity, what you currently have, the required delivery state, and your required date. Photos of the wax, mould, or design are useful.

Can I request a single piece or a larger batch?

Yes. We review single prototypes, individual pieces, and production batches. The practical setup, price, and timing are based on the real job rather than a generic minimum or turnaround promise.

Do I need to provide the gold or silver?

You can discuss customer-supplied metal or metal arranged through Saqlain Bullion. We confirm purity, weight basis, and payment terms before work begins.

How long does jewellery casting take?

Most jobs run 24–48 hours once the wax is approved. Metal, quantity, and any finishing work can push that out, so we confirm your timing before we start.

Where is the casting workshop?

Saqlain Bullion is in Dubai Gold Souq, Shop No. 4, opposite the Women's Museum in Al Dhagaya, Deira.
