What We Check in Your File

Every file gets a proper review before we quote. Here is what we look at:

Wall ThicknessThin walls crack during casting. We flag anything below safe minimums for your metal choice.
Support StructuresWe check if your model needs supports for clean printing and advise on placement.
PrintabilityOverhangs, fragile connections, impossible geometries — we catch them before you waste money.
Casting ReadinessIf you want casting after printing, we check sprue placement, metal flow paths, and burnout compatibility.

Your wax model is printed at 25-micron resolution. Standard turnaround is 24 hours from approval.

Yes. We review your file and give you feedback on printability at no charge. You only pay when you approve the quote and we start printing.

Most files are reviewed within 2 hours during business hours (9:30 AM – 9:30 PM). Complex multi-piece files may take a bit longer.

We can handle minor repairs like non-manifold edges or thin walls. For major redesigns, we will explain exactly what needs to change so your designer can update the file.

We print your wax model within 24 hours. If you also need casting, we can go straight from print to gold or silver casting — finished metal in 48 hours total.
